Book a Tattoo in Henley-on-Thames

Book a tattoo Henley-on-Thames by filling out the form below. The more detail you can give us the better — size, placement, style, and any references you’re drawn to. If you’re not sure on any of it, don’t stress. Just tell us the vibe and we’ll work it out together.

Josh handles all his own bookings so you’ll hear back directly from him. He’ll confirm your appointment, talk through your idea, and give you a quote before anything is locked in. All bookings require a PayPal deposit to secure your slot.

What Happens After You Book

After you book a tattoo at Classic Tattoo Henley-on-Thames, Josh will get back to you within a couple of days. He’ll confirm availability, talk through the design, and send deposit details to finalise your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from your total on the day. Remaining balance can be paid in cash, card, or bank transfer.

If you’re after a specific date — especially if you’re travelling in from Reading, Oxford, Marlow or further afield — mention it in the form and Josh will do his best to make it work

Frequently Asked Questions About Booking

How far in advance do I need to book? Josh typically books 2—3 months in advance, so the sooner you get in touch the better. If you need something at short notice, it’s always worth asking — cancellations do come up.

Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes. All bookings require a deposit via PayPal to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your total on the day.

Can I see my design before the appointment? Designs aren’t sent out in advance — Josh will have everything ready on the day and you’ll have time to review and refine before any ink hits skin.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Get in touch as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable on late cancellations or no-shows, so please give as much notice as you can.

What to Include in Your Booking Enquiry

The more detail you give, the smoother the process. Here’s what helps:

Style — Traditional flash, Japanese, fine line, blackwork, or something else entirely? If you’re not sure, describe what draws you to it or share a reference image.

Size and placement — Where on your body do you want it, and roughly how big? Even a ballpark helps with quoting and scheduling.

References — Screenshots, photos, sketches, Pinterest boards — anything that gives a feel for what you’re after. The more visual the better.

Your availability — Are you flexible, or do you need a specific date? Mention any upcoming events like holidays or weddings where healing time matters.

Existing tattoos — If you’re looking to add to existing work, integrate designs, or cover something up, include photos so Josh can assess what’s possible.
